Player Information
We just need a few small bits of information, so we can process this registration accordingly.

Please choose the team your child will be playing for in the 2023/24 season.

Date of Birth is a requirement to register your child with The FA and the league your child will be playing in. This will be cross checked against ID for those that are new to the club. So please make sure you have entered this correctly.

Please confirm which school year your child will be attending from September 2024. This helps us make sure everyone is placed in the correct age group bands. Adult players can leave this blank.

The FA require any player aged 16 and above (or who will turn 16 in this upcoming season) to have their own mobile number on their FA profile.

The FA require any player aged 16 and above (or who will turn 16 in this upcoming season) to have their own email address on their FA profile. This will also be used as their login for The FA Matchday app.

Photograph & ID
In order for our Player Registration Officer to process your registration, we need an up to date photograph and proof of identification.

This must be face on, passport style, with nobody else in the photo. Photos of passport photos will not be accepted, so please make sure you take a photo specifically for this purpose to upload.

ID is only required if you are new to the club and have not uploaded ID before, moving from Minis to League football where ID was not previously required or you are registering with the Girls or Women's league where we have to submit ID every season. Please upload a photograph or a scan of the player's passport or birth certificate. All data will be removed from our systems as soon as the registration is processed.

Medical Information
Please let us know of any medical conditions or additional needs that we need to be aware of. Please let us know if your child has an EHCP and we can make sure we as a club can provide the relevant support that may be required.
